Hero Corporate Services Limited (HCSL) is looking for MBA graduates having 12-15 years of experience for the post AGM PSU Govt. Sales. Job location is Gurgaon in Delhi/NCR.
Job Description:It is required that candidate applying for the job must have demonstrated excellence in handling PSU business in service industry. He should have good understanding of industry products and services, and is awaken to the competitors of HMIL (Hero Mindmine Institute), a respected India"s leading Training & Consulting Organization.
As a part of job, candidate will be responsible for prospecting, identifying and developing new PSU clients. - Conducting commercial negotiations with PSU, exploring & identifying the potential clients for PSU, evaluating the Tender/RFP/RFI, preparing the quotations, analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch, managing existing clients, maintaining good long term relations with existing and new clients, liasoning with Implementation and development team to fulfil commitments to client of the region, and Costing/ Budgeting.
Candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and must be able to resolve any tactical or operational problems.
Qualifications Required:MBA/PG/PGDBM from B school.
Salary:8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A (negotiable).
Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development.
Role:Head/VP/GM/National Manager -Sales.
