Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company is looking to employ ambitious graduates and post graduates, proficient in English language, as ADM (Agency Development Manager) at Dadar, Borivali, Fort, and Ghatkopar in Mumbai. Company is a joint venture between Apollo Hospitals group, largest healthcare group in Asia and MunichRe, largest health insurance company in Europe.
Job Description: Development manager will be responsible not only for generating business for the company buy also will be required to expand the employee base of company by recruiting advisors and engage, motivate and train the agents and newly hired candidates to achieve company's targets.
He shall also be responsible for Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) certification, and continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Qualifications Required: Minimum graduate with 1-7 years experience in sales. Preferable experience in insurance, banking, broking, financial product selling.
Salary:Best in Industry + CTC + Conveyance Reimbursement + Incentives.
